Name of the exhibition: Winter Fancy Food Show 2025
Date: from 19th (SUN) to 21st (TUE) in 2025
Venue: Las Vegas Convention Center
Participants of TACOM member: 6 companies

and distributed the budge

2 General
JAPAN TACOM coordinated Winter Fancy Food Show 2025 (hereinafter the
exhibition) that 6 members of TACOM participated in the exhibition as
exhibitor.
We have been participating in the exhibition and making informative business
meeting every time. The exhibition is existing as the world-wide one which
we are learning about regulation for each ingredient and package as well.
Besides, organic foods and natural foods currently become main stream of
food market so that we have to catch up current information sensitively
through business meeting with buyers who understand consumer’s trends. We
are able to consider countermeasure which is the best way to pay attention.
This PR activity is subsidy project by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry
and Fisheries.
It means that TACOM is strongly backed back by the Ministry. The following
is report about business meeting and our wrap up comment.

3 Regarding the exhibition
(1)Preparation of the exhibition on 18th (SAT)in January
In order to setup the booth in the exhibition, we entered the venue around 11:00 and got admission badge at first.

 

*Setup booths at the venue
All participants gathered to share the notes at the day for booth setting.
Especially, it will be inauguration of President Trump on 20th (MON) in
January and expected demonstration. Therefore, we called attention to all
participants not to go out at night if they do not have any special reason.

(5) Best sellers
According to local trading companies, sales of cookies are decreasing recently but sales of gummies are increasing recently in the US. Gummies has actual demand.

(6) Wrap up comment regarding the exhibition
We well noted that many exhibitors from East South Asia participated in the exhibition who had business meeting actively at their own booths. In addition, many buyers from East South Asia also came to the exhibition and had business meeting actively at the booths.
Last but not least, the exhibition will be held at an exhibition center in Sandiego next year. Los Angels is very close to Sandiego and has huge market. We, therefore, expect that lots of visitors must come to the exhibition than ever before.
We stay caution that US market is fulfilled with lots of possibility and have to prepare everything beforehand and will participate in the exhibition in order to cultivate sales channel in the US market.
