Business Report: PR Activity with MLB San Francisco Giants

2. General
The San Francisco Giants are known to have a large Caucasian fanbase. As the aim of this PR initiative was to promote Japanese confectioneries to the Caucasian demographic, it was considered an ideal opportunity for JAPAN TACOM to expand its sales channels. The timing was also highly favorable, coinciding with the height of the MLB season in August.
This PR activity marked the revival of a large-scale event for TACOM, which had refrained from such events for the past two to three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
All six companies participating in the U.S. PR project this fiscal year sent representatives to take part in this initiative.
